 Anne currently serves as the President of Origination Strategy for ISGN. She is responsible for group profitability, customer service satisfaction metrics and operational SLAs. Anne joined ISGN in 2009 through its acquisition of Fiserv Lending Services, where she spent 11 years as Executive Vice President for the Loan Fulfillment Solutions division directly responsible for the operations areas of Title, Closing, Outsourced Mortgage Processing and Home Retention. Prior to joining Fiserv, she had 13 years experience in mortgage banking in various roles including Mortgage Operations Manager at Bank Hartford and Secondary Manager at Eagle Bank (now Webster Bank).
Anne holds a BA degree in history from Joseph’s College West Hartford, Connecticut. She was formerly a resident of Bloomfield, Connecticut, where she served as a member of the Bloomfield Town Council. She currently reside in Greer, South Carolina.
