designated MORvision trainer works with you to address your specific needs, helps you determine
your training objectives, and then delivers on those objectives.
In addition to training on day-to-day operations, we equip your team with a working knowledge of how
to operate, enhance, and maintain your MORvision system to meet your specific needs, laying the
foundation to begin inputting your data into your system.
Training for your team enables you to:
- Create custom screen flows for HELOC, wholesale and retail loan processing to streamline your workflow.
- Set your MORvision system to automatically update fields with the latest fees or rates. When information changes, automatic calculations run to update related fields.
- Create warnings to alert a user if your loan program guidelines have not been met.
- Indicate where you want auto-populating to occur.
- Program forms to automatically pull underwriting conditions into a conditional letter when printing.
Even after your system is successfully implemented, Dynatek goes the extra mile with support.
We offer ongoing workshops where clients can bring their specific forms and scenarios, and work
one-on-one with Dynatek specialists to discuss. Our goal is to provide comprehensive training that
complements your MORvision system by ensuring your team is up-and-running quickly AND confidently.
- Training is included as part of every Implementation Package.
- Standard classes offered are Daily Functions, Administration Functions, and Loan Officer Functions.
- Customized and advanced classes in reporting, macros and forms are also available.
- MORvision trainers are also available for refresher courses beyond your initial training classes.
- When people change positions or new staff is hired, or if you would simply like to designate an additional trainer, our staff is here to facilitate your growth process.
- Dynatek trains your team at our corporate training facility or onsite at your location – whichever is most practical for your needs.
