Prop Score Plus

The Prop Score Plus was developed to identify and isolate higher risk collateral and overvaluations. It is a collateral risk assessment product that combines an AVM with the experience of a skilled review appraiser. An appraisal is reviewed in conjunction with the AVM by an experienced and state licensed appraiser, who has access to our proprietary evaluation tools and databases. Prop Score Plus reports are given an A - D risk rating, include analyst commentary and a specific itemization of potential risk categories. Results can be returned in single PDF reports or spreadsheet format.
