The MORvision Web Status Center (WSC) is an on-line communication tool that enables authorized loan
applicants, brokers, realtors, and MORvision users to check the status of a loan at any time, from any
computer with Internet access. Lenders can personalize and shape the WSC to meet the specific needs of
different users, like brokers vs. borrowers. Real-time loan information is available as it is updated in
the system, including custom fields. By connecting all parties in the mortgage process to the same
information, the WSC expedites and enhances the experience for everyone, generating loyalty, affinity,
and improved business relationships.
Brokers
Upon logging on to the WSC, authorized brokers will see a list of their loans, along with pertinent information
on each. This tool allows wholesale lenders to build relationships with their brokers by empowering them to
independently check the status of their loans, submittals, and applications. Wholesale lenders can also
create specific views for individual brokers, defining the displays of information to manage the
broker relationship in the most effective manner.
Realtors
Promote loyalty with realtors by creating specific information pages about money markets, and
registering them to sign in to the WSC to view updates.
Applicants
Create a positive experience for all parties in the process by enabling applicants to check the
WSC and review the status of their loan application anytime. Keep applicants aware of any
incorrect and/or missing so they can provide requested information and help facilitate the process.
Internal Users
MORvision users and Customer Service Representatives will also benefit from this solution as a means
to check on a loan without having to open and log into MORvision. Improve client relations by having
your CSRs access the WSC to alert clients to missing/incorrect information.
As information is entered and updated in MORvision, it automatically becomes available for viewing in the
Web Status Center. Lenders then grant access, at their discretion, to individuals or groups of users.
In addition to greatly reduced “phone tag”, this improves service for all parties in the loan process.
The MORvision Web Status Center takes advantage of .Net, Web Services, and XML to provide a technical
solution that can be implemented in a large number of scenarios. This provides the flexibility for other
systems, websites, and custom solutions to access the data and use it however each customer desires.
