At a glance, the MORvision Control Center informs you of the status of all your loans. You can instantly
see if a loan submission was successful for credit, DU, and LP. With one click, you can easily view
loans that are scheduled to close on a certain date, or see a list of all of applications posted after
a certain date. And in a fluctuating market you may want to view unlocked loans – the Control Center
lets you run daily reports quickly and effortlessly.

Prequalification
One click takes you to the quick-qualify screen, where you enter any combination of loan amount,
sales price, annual income and maximum debt to automatically calculate the corresponding missing
information. In addition, the prequalification component includes refinance analysis with graphs and
amortization schedules. Easily prepare loan product selections and comparisons for both conventional
and government loans from your own loan programs. Customized with your criteria, the prequalification
section even lets you filter through loan products to show your customer ‘best-fit scenarios’
based on their qualifications.
Send work requests to vendors with the click of a button using MORvision’s award-winning Integration
Suite with Plug-In Technology. The data communicated between all third-party service providers is
automatically populated into MORvision along with any electronic attachments. This feature not only
reduces the cost of document preparation for “offline” requests (such as fax or Federal Express),
it also saves time and improves the quality of these transactions by eliminating opportunities for error.

Origination
Origination begins with automatic data transfer from prequalification into a loan application.
Loan Originators can view the actual 1003 and GFE documents live on-screen. The Plug-In
Partner Network connects you to credit bureaus, title insurers, and MI companies - all with the
click of a mouse. Unique to MORvision, underwriting findings and credit reports can be
attached to the loan file to eliminate a cumbersome paper trail. Another benefit of MORvision
technology is the intelligently defined data edit checks, set to issue warnings if specified
fields are left incomplete. Warnings can even be set for fields necessary for automated underwriting
programs, including Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter® and Freddie Mac Loan Prospector®. Once the
correct information is entered, it is then populated in all corresponding fields throughout the entire loan.

Processing
MORvision Loan Manager fully automates your processing and loan approval environment from initial
disclosures to document preparation and loan submission. MORvision streamlines processing and
ensures data integrity by eliminating the need to re-key information, ultimately saving you time and money.
Capturing data is easier than ever with MORvision's advanced tracking system. Some of
MORvision's robust system features include verification tracking, powerful data edit checks, field
level business rules, and the ability to filter forms specific to product requirements. MORvision
allows you to pre-set edit check warnings. These pre-determined warnings ensure that all necessary
data is complete and accurate before you print a document. For example, field level business rules
can be set to check that loan amount or LTV ratios meet specific loan criteria. These are just a
few examples of the MORvision macro processor at work.
Another MORvision feature that simplifies the loan process is intelligent document selection. By applying
a filter, you are able to define criteria for document selection and reduce the print list. Only documents
for your specific loan type will appear in the print list. This eliminates the need to scroll through
documents that do not apply to your loan. For example, PMI disclosures will only appear on insured conventional loans.

Underwriting
MORvision’s Underwriting is a secure area that tracks, identifies, and exchanges dialog specific to each
underwriting condition. Streamline your underwriting process by allowing authorized users to underwrite a
loan without going into the entire loan file. Underwriting is customizable – pre-define your company’s
underwriting conditions for manual or automated underwriting scenarios. These conditions can be defaulted
for specific loan programs or selected on a loan-by-loan basis and edited for specific loan needs.
Pre-defined conditions make your underwriters' jobs fast and easy, as they will only see conditions
applicable to the specific loan product they’re working on. Users are able to populate the condition with
information from the loan or automatically populate the loan file upon verification. For example, if your
condition requires appraised value, you could pull the appraised value question (and answer) right
into the underwriting condition from the loan file.
You can also customize clearing conditions to fit your business flow. You indicate when a condition
needs to be cleared, sort by the time a condition needs to be cleared (i.e. prior to approval, prior to
funding, prior to closing, etc.), and identify who is responsible for clearing a condition. To save time,
you also have the ability to clear conditions in a group. All of this information then flows seamlessly
into the Closing segment to further expedite your entire mortgage process.

Closing
MORvision simplifies closing by completely automating and integrating every area of your mortgage process.
The powerful system intelligence incorporated in all areas of the loan cycle flows directly into Closing,
which then flows into the HUD1 and other closing documents. This saves a great deal of time by eliminating
re-keying of information and ensuring data integrity. With MORvision, your closers spend less time checking
and editing, which frees up time to close more loans. Manual re-calculation is a thing of the past.
Everything previously captured is there for your closers to simply review and update on-screen. If
last-minute changes are necessary, a simple keystroke updates the entire file. Your closing department
can produce, print, then fax or e-mail closing packages in minutes. After closing, MORvision’s document tracking
capabilities allow you to monitor all of the post-closing documents needed for delivery.

Secondary Tracking & Delivery
Secondary Tracking and Delivery eliminates the need for a separate tracking program by managing the
sale and delivery of your loan production. Authorized users have access to key loan information, and
can easily create secondary pools based on specific criteria, commit loans to a pool, and create the
export file needed for delivery. This eliminates re-keying of loan data and enables fast exporting to
the secondary market through MIDANET®, MORNET®, and GinnieNet®. With Secondary Tracking and Delivery,
you can also sell individual loans, commit a loan to a single investor, and have the same tracking
capability. Standard management reports help with decision-making for pooling and commitment,
delivery of loans to investors, and funding.
