The Control Center provides one click access to any MORvision function. From one screen, a user
can see everything in his/her pipeline, with loans and tasks prioritized.
The MORvision Control Center coordinates all of your company’s system interactions, manages
the central loan database, and provides a centralized location to access all key components
of MORvision. A user has access to all of the information they need for one loan, even
while processing another. This means users can respond to questions quickly, without having to
stop what they are doing and look for the physical file. This is even more useful for
organizations with remote users who do not have access to the physical file.
Business Process Management (BPM)
MORvision users can select a loan and instantly check the status of items such as lock
information, document tracking, outstanding conditions, forms, etc. A loan officer located at
a branch can easily see outstanding conditions or review an appraisal, without having to
interrupt a processor or wait for a returned phone call. The result is streamlined data access,
more productive users, and increased responsiveness to customer inquiries and needs. Further,
through the enhanced power of the Control Center, a user can quickly get an up-to-date picture
of his/her pipeline and workload at any time. When a user finishes a task, he/she simply
checks the Control Center to see the next item for completion.
The MORvision Control Center allows the user to see what needs to be done without having
to open the loan. This is accomplished through a series of filters that determine what loans appear
on the Control Center. Loans “appear” and “disappear” in a logical manner - when certain tasks
are completed, as the loan moves through the loan cycle. Users then have maximum access
to useful data while minimizing search time.

Integration
Send work requests to vendors with the click of a button using MORvision’s award-winning Integration
Suite with Plug-In Technology. The data communicated between all third-party service providers is
automatically populated into MORvision along with any electronic attachments. This feature not only
reduces the cost of document preparation for “offline” requests (such as fax or Federal Express),
it also saves time and improves the quality of these transactions by eliminating opportunities for error.

Multi-Tasking
Multiple MORvision users can access the same loan via their individual Control Centers based
on their security profile. This facilitates multi-tasking as they can then view attachments and forms
for the same loan at the same time. Event triggers can be set to move loans off the Control
Center of one user and on to the Control Center of another user. Task scheduling can then be
used to help users prioritize their day, as well as to help management track pipeline progress.
