Niraj Patel - Group President

Niraj brings to ISGN his rich and varied experience in building global companies and spearheads the products and services division. He brings to ISGN years of experience in lead technology related roles, lending thought leadership and operational excellence to ISGN's activities. His key responsibilities include strategies to address organic growth, inorganic growth through acquisitions, investments, technology solutions and exit strategies.

Prior to this Niraj was also associated with GMAC as executive vice-president and chief information officer of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. (GMACCH). At GMACCH, he was a key contributor to the organization’s international growth by consistently delivering double-digit net income growth reaching as high as US$341.6 million annually, increasing loan originations from US$2 to US$29.9 billion, and building loan servicing from US$5 to US$276 billion.

Recognized as an award winning innovator and viewed as one of the leading technologists of his generation, Niraj serves on numerous boards and panels, speaks at industry conferences and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal and numerous commercial real estate, finance and technology publications.

Niraj’s community and professional memberships have included the Microsoft Executive Circle; Eastern Technology Council; the Board of Advisors of the Marketing Center at the Temple University Fox School of Business; the NPower CIO Advisory Council and his executive board experience includes: the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Board of Directors, EnableUS, Epitome Systems, MortgageRamp, Deskom and GTEL.
