Krishna Srinivasan - Chief Executive Officer

At the helm of ISGN, Krishna has changed the face and focus of an eleven-year-old software solutions company, turning it around into a prominent global player in the Residential Mortgage market – the key product in the Asset Based Lending space.

Just before joining ISGN, Krishna was spearheading his own venture, Neptune Technologies - a premier technologies, services and systems architecture consulting service company. However, his foray into the mortgage industry began as early as 2000 at GMACCM, where he worked with the senior executive team. It is here that Krishna gathered immense exposure to the financial sector through its varied channels.

Krishna has also worked with Infrastructure World and with the enterprise computing team of Microsoft, associating with global thought leaders in enterprise computing and infrastructure. He grew Neptune to US$11.5 million in annual revenue, acquiring several tier-one clients such as Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, GAP, Fritz, GMACCM and APL, until it was sold to a 3i ventures’ company, Sandhill.

In his early days as Ramco's principal technical architect he had pioneered the creation and construction of the Global Product Software. At Ramco, Krishna had worked closely with the members of the management team on the private placement of US$40 million equity through the preparation of the company for the initial public offering process.

Altogether, that makes for deep exposure to functions across technologies and verticals such as infrastructure, mortgage and global finance. Now, at ISGN, he has brought together a star team to combine the best of expertise and technology into a complete end-to-end business proposition. A proposition that would make ISGN a US$1 billion conglomerate.
