Donald A. O’Neill - President - Origination Practice

Don O’Neill is responsibile for origination products and services, including Mortgage Processing, Valuation Services, Title, Closing and technology products (LOS and GATORS).

Prior to joining ISGN, Don was Region Manager and Group President for Stewart Title Company (nyse:stc) where he was responsible for Stewart REI Group, Inc., which included Stewart Lender Services, Stewart’s 1031 exchange company, Asset Preservation, Inc. and Landata Group, Inc. In his role as Group President Don charted the strategic direction and implemented the operational plans designed to achieve the goals of the REI Group. His duties included establishing annual goals, budgets and operational plans for the multi-site domestic and international business units in the Group. Don has previously held leadership and management roles with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (nyse:wfc), First American Title Insurance Company (nyse:faf) and the law firm of O’Neill & Delaney, P.S.

Don holds a Masters Degree – Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctorate – (JD) from Gonzaga University with certificates from programs at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Chicago. Don is a member of the American Bar Association, the state bar associations in Washington and Utah and the federal district court bar associations in Arizona, Montana, Washington and Utah. Don is also licensed to practice law before the United State Supreme Court Bar – Washington D.C.
