 Anne joins ISGN from Fiserv Lending Services as the President Origination Strategy, North America operations. Anne is responsible for group profitability, customer satisfaction metrics and operational SLAs for the North America teams.
Anne has worked for the past 11 years as Executive Vice President for the Loan Fulfillment Solutions division of Fiserv in Rocky Hill, CT, where she has direct responsibility for the operations areas of Title, Closing, Outsourced Mortgage Processing and, most recently, Home Retention. Prior to joining Fiserv in April 1998, Anne had 13 years experience in mortgage banking in various roles including Mortgage Operations Manager at Bank of Hartford and Secondary Marketing Manager at Eagle Bank (now Webster Bank). Anne holds a BA degree in History from St. Joseph’s College in West Hartford, CT.
Anne was formerly a resident of Bloomfield, CT where she served as a member of the Bloomfield Town Council. Anne currently resides in Greer, SC.
